The staff at the Orchid Resort & Relax are very helpful and nice. the location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet area surrounded by picturesque rice fields, shops, and restaurants. the view of the lake is particularly good, and the rooms are beautifully designed and huge.

Helpful staff were available day and night. the restaurant serves up freshly cooked food, which was really delicious! 🍽️

Located near the tranquil fields, the resort offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city. the traditional bamboo bungalows with thatched roof provide an authentic Thai experience. the staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure guests' needs are met, including sourcing fresh local ingredients for the meals. Enjoy the serene view of the lake full of catfish, and take a refreshing dip in the pool.

One of the facilities, the bar area, is not always stocked up sufficiently, which can mean guests have to go elsewhere for drinks.

The staff were really caring and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel is located in a great spot close to plenty of amenities and local attractions. What I enjoyed most was the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to relax and unwind.

Some areas of the hotel were not as clean as I would have liked, such as the kitchen sink. There were also no room service bells, which meant I had to walk around looking for staff instead of being able to easily call for assistance.

Loved the well-maintained gardens and clean pool. Rooms cleaned daily, even got free laundry service. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Friendly owners and delicious breakfast. Definitely want to stay again.

The room was quite spacious and had a lovely view of the green fields. the staff was friendly and offered us free parking and Wi-Fi during our romantic escape. the pool was refreshing and clean, perfect for a swim under the sun.

The food service was a disaster. We had to wait for hours for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and tasteless.
